KINGSPORT - Dallas “Wayne” Bombailey, age 78, of Kingsport, TN, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at his home following an extended illness. Calling hours are from 12 to 1:30 pm Friday at the New Hope Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 1116 Nelms Lane, Kingsport, TN 37665, and anytime at the residence. Funeral services will be conducted 1:30 pm at the church with Rev. Richard Willis officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Hill Memory Gardens. Nephews will serve as pallbearers and his niece Brooke Arnold will serve as honorary pallbearer.
