KINGSPORT - Dallas (Wayne) Bombailey, age 78, of Kingsport, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at his home following an extended illness. The arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Johnson – Arrowood Funeral Home of Church Hill.
