YOUNGSVILLE, NC - Nella (Nell) Mae (Dean) Carter, 96, of Youngsville, NC, formally Mt. Carmel, TN, went home to be with Jesus and her family, Friday, September 23, 2016. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport, with Pastor Tim Nelson and Rev. Kenny Hammond officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Mt. Carmel. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
