KINGSPORT – David T. Powell, 57, of Kingsport, passed away Friday (September 23, 2016) at Holston Valley Medical Center following an extended illness. Calling hours are from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Monday at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home. Services will be conducted Monday at 7:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Troy Cutshaw officiating. Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 A.M at New Bethel Cemetery in Greene County. Those desiring to attend should meet at the funeral home at 9:45 a.m. to go in possession. Pallbearers will be Bill Kim, Bart Duncan, Quentin Horton, Tim Lumpkins, Jordan Eidson and Jacobi Eidson.
