KINGSPORT - Junior McKinley Hess, 79, Kingsport, passed away on September 22, 2016 at NHC Rehab in Johnson City, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday from 5-7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Pastor David Powers and Brother Tim Price officiating. The graveside service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 pm at Monte Vista Memorial Park.
