BIG STONE GAP / WEBBERVILLE, MI - Virgil Eugene Wells, 89, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016 at Medilodge Nursing Home in Howell MI. Funeral Services will be conducted in the Powell Valley Memorial Gardens Chapel, Wednesday, March 16, 2016, at 1:00pm. Family and friends are asked to assemble at Powell Valley Memorial Gardens at 12:45 pm for the service. A complete obituary will be in Wednesday’s Kingsport Times newspaper.
