NORTON, VA - Johnny Willard Kiser, 77, passed away at his home on Gardner Heights Road, Thursday, March 10, 2016, following a long illness. Services for Johnny Kiser will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 19, at Wilson’s Chapel FWB Church in the Needmore Community with Pastor Benny Boles officiating.
