ROGERSVILLE - Paul Jackson Duncan, of Rogersville, went home to his Savior Jesus Christ on August 18, 2016, at Holston Valley Medical Center, with his family by his side. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Sunday, August 21, 2016, at Christian-Sells Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 4:00 pm with Lewis Collings officiating.
