CHURCH HILL - Mark Anthony Cooter, age 60, of Church Hill, went home to be with Jesus and his dad on Sunday, August 14, 2016 unexpectedly at his home. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill. Funeral services will begin at 7:00 pm with Pastor Rocky Churchwell and Pastor Tim Johnson officiating. A military graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, August 22, 2016, at Cox Church Cemetery in Duffield, VA. All those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:45 am on Monday. Those who would like to bring their motorcycle to lead the procession are more than welcome to. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross or Wellmont Oncology.
