KINGSPORT - Ruby Allen, age 84, of Kingsport, passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2016 peacefully at her home. The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm - 8:30pm on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Kingsport.
