KINGSPORT - J.L. “Jake” Ketron 85, of Kingsport went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 8, 2016 at Holston Valley Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7pm on Friday, August 12, 2016 at Scott County Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow in the chapel with Pastor Raymond Hammonds and brother Rex McMurray officiating. A graveside service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Glenwood Cemetery in Hiltons, VA with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:15 am to go in procession to the cemetery.
