GATE CITY, VA - Ruth Jeanette Quillin Collins, 90, Gate City, VA passed away, Saturday, August 6, 2016 surrounded by family. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Monday, August 8, 2016 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Steve Collins and Pastor Andy Sensabaugh. Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a. m., Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:15 a.m., Tuesday to go in procession to the graveside service. The family wishes to extend their thanks to Connie, Cassie, Tammy, Brenda and Almeda for taking such good care of Mom.
