KINGSPORT - Barney "Bob" Flanary, 70, of Kingsport, passed away unexpectedly, August 2, 2016, at Johnson City Medical Center. The family will receive friends, Monday, August 8, 2016, from 5 - 7:00 p.m. at Carter-Trent Funeral Home. Services will immediately follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor David Poore officiating. A graveside service will be held, Tuesday, August 9, 2016, 10:45 a.m., at Mountain Home National Cemetery.
