Dr. Jason Brazee, a physician and chief administrative medical officer for Wellmont Physician Services in Kingsport, Tennessee and most recently Tidelands Health in Murrells Inlet, SC passed away Wednesday July 27, 2016 from complications incident to pancreatic cancer. A memorial service will be held in Kingsport, Tennessee on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2016 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 100 Cannongate Road, Kingsport at 7:30 pm with family receiving friends from 5-7pm in the chapel prior to service. A private interment will be held for the Brazee family. Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel is serving the Brazee family.
