KINGSPORT - Esther B. Jackson, 95, resident of Kingsport and an avid bridge enthusiast, played her last hand on Thursday, July 28, 2016, at The Wexford House following a period of declining health. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, from 5 - 7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Robert Burlingham officiating. The Hills Are Alive Chorus of Sweet Adelines International will be providing special music. A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 2001 23rd St., in Parkersburg, WV with Rev. Greg Markins, pastor of Wayside United Methodist Church, officiating. Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport is serving the family of Esther B. Jackson.
