KINGSPORT - Madge Carroll, born March 29, 1936, passed away June 29, 2016 at Bristol Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. A memorial service for Miss Madge will be held Sunday, July 31, at 6:30 pm at Vernon Heights Baptist Church, 2547 Russell Street. Miss Madge lived in the Vernon Heights Community most of her life. Pastor Michael Anglin will be officiating. The entire community is invited to attend this service to pay respect to this very special lady.
