CHURCH HILL - Gerald Lynn Caldwell, age 62, slipped peacefully into Heavens glory on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 after a long and difficult illness with his family at his side. Calling hours are from 5 to 7 PM Thursday at the Johnson – Arrowood Funeral Home and anytime at the residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 7 PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Gary Gerhardt and Rev. Regina Shelton officiating, Graveside services will be conducted at 11 AM Friday at the McPheeters Bend Cemetery with Ed Norton, Bill Johnson, Bill Dorton, Jason Skelton, Grover Dobbs, Jr., Franklin Dobbs, Bert Powell and Mark Derrick. Honorary pallbearers will be Lowell Bray, Troy Alley, Danny Hurd, Lynn Parker, Allen Goad, Keith Hawkins and Ronald Arnold. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the funeral home by 10 AM Friday morning to leave in procession to the cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 847, Church Hill, TN 37642 or the McFerrin United Methodist Church, 117 Mt.
