POUND, VA - Jeffrey Mark Hubbard, 54, ended his journey on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at his home as he passed from God’s hands into God’s arms after a long battle with cirrhosis. Graveside services for Jeff Hubbard will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the Witten Family Cemetery on Mill Creek in Pound, VA with Rev. Will Gipe officiating. Burial will follow. Family and friends will meet at 10:15 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home to go to the cemetery in procession. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
