SURGOINSVILLE - Virginia Carolyn Hill, age 68, of Surgoinsville, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016 at her home following an extended illness. Calling hours are from 5 to 7 pm Tuesday at the Johnson – Arrowood Funeral Home and anytime at the residence. Funeral services will be conducted 7 pm Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Mike Cutshaw, Rev. Greg Fletcher and Rev. Chris Castle officiating. Graveside services will be conducted 11 am Wednesday at the Bethel Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers, honorary pallbearers include, James Skelton, James Armstrong, Fayne Cooper, Haynes Cooper, Conley Bailey and Bob Smith.
