KINGSPORT - Erma Lee King, 91, passed away on Tuesday (July 19, 2016) after an extended illness in Kingsport, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday (July 24, 2016) from noon to 2 p.m. at East Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of East Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Hodges officiating. Special music will be provided by Vince Salyer. Erma will be laid to rest beside her husband, John H. King in the Garden of Good Shepherd on Sunday (July 24, 2016) at 3 p.m. at East Lawn Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Lee Buck, Zachary Taylor, Steve Jones, and Bob Light, Ernest “Red” Clevenger and Jimmy Killebrew will serve as an honorary pallbearer. In lieu of flowers consider making memorial contributions to honor the life of Erma Lee King to St. Luke’s United Methodist Church (2600 E Center Street Kingsport, TN 37664).
