KINGSPORT - Rita Allen, 72, Kingsport, TN, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center following a lengthy illness. The family will receive friends on Friday from 5-7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Dr. Roy Graves and Dr. Jack Parrott officiating. The graveside service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 pm at East Lawn Memorial Park. Those who plan to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 12:45 pm.
