JOHNSON CITY - Helen E. Lee, age 84, of Johnson City, formerly of Kingsport, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. A service to honor the life of Mrs. Helen E. Lee will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 27, 2016 in the Riverside Chapel of Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton with Dr. James Richardson, officiating. The family will receive friends from NOON until 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel, prior to the service on Saturday. The graveside service will follow in the TriCites Memory Gardens.
