KINGSPORT - William C. “Bill” Price, 87, of Kingsport, joined his wife Betty Ann in heaven on Saturday, July 9, 2016 . The memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at First Broad Street United Methodist Church with Dr. Spurgeon McCartt and Rev. Jack Edwards officiating.
