KINGSPORT - Gillis Joseph Le Blanc, age 77, of Kingsport, TN, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 3, 2016 as a result of a car accident caused by a massive heart attack. The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. Monday at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Kingsport. A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Boyd W. Holder, Pastor Jayme Tharpe and Pastor Holden Lane officiating. Music will be provided by Tommy Holder and Boyd Holder. A military graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Mtn. Home National Cemetery with the American Legion Post 3/265 conducting the rites. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 12:55 p.m.
