KINGSPORT - Louise Moats Robinette, 92, of Kingsport, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Brookdale Assisted Living. A Private Graveside Service was held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 in the Garden of Everlasting Life at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
