GREENBRIER - Phillip Ray Shuler, 55, of Greenbrier, TN and former resident of Kingsport, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Tristar Hendersonville Medical Center, Hendersonville, TN. The family will receive friends 11:00 am until 6:00 pm Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home, Nashville, TN. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 6:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services is honored to assist the family of Phillip Ray Shuler with local arrangements.
