Patrick Lee Basinger III and Mary Louise Blansett Basinger of Kingsport will celebrate their 60th anniversary with an open celebration on June 19th, 2016 at First Broad Street United Methodist Church in the parlor from 2pm to 4pm. The event will be hosted by Lisa Basinger Goff and James David Basinger. The presence of family and friends is the only gift requested. The couple was married on June 17th, 1956 in Memphis, Tennessee. They are the parents of Lisa Basinger Goff of Kingsport, James David Basinger of Abingdon,VA and the late Patrick Lee Basinger IV. They have five grandchildren: Lindsey Danielle Gray Pickett, Sarah Elizabeth Goff Carner, Rachel Susan Goff Norvell, Patrick Jacob Goff and Michael Andrew Noah Basinger. They have three great-grandchildren: Fletcher Lee Stephenson, Owen Gray Stephenson and Emma Rose Carner. Mr. Basinger retired from a dental practice and Mrs. Basinger retired from Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
