KINGSPORT - Patricia (Pat) Osborne Wininger, Kingsport, passed away Wednesday evening, June 15, 2016. The family will receive friends from 12 to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The service will follow at 1:30 p.m. with Robert Johnson and Jerome Frandle officiating. Burial will follow at East Lawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Norman Culver, Billy Jack Campbell, Joe Campbell, Steve Bennett, Andrew Hoots, and Adison Koella.
