Michael “Mike” J. Belt, 55, of the Lost Mountain Community, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Holston Valley Medical Center, in Kingsport. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 18, 2016, from 10-11 AM at Jeffers Funeral Service at Afton. A celebration of life service will follow visitation, in Jeffers Afton Chapel, with Rev.
