Charlotte Parker Chew, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2016, at Asbury Place, Baysmont. A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Colonial Heights Christian Church with Stan Leonard, minister and Phil Roberts, minister officiating.
