ST. PAUL, VA - Joe C. McCoy, 76 passed away Sunday, June 12, 2016 at his residence in St. Paul, Virginia with his family at his side. Funeral services for Joe Ceffice McCoy will be held on Wednesday June 15, 2016 at 7:00 PM at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Alvin Meade and Rev. Tommy Kiser officiating. Burial will be Thursday June 16, 2016 at McCoy Family Cemetery on Brushy Ridge. The family will meet at the funeral home and leave in procession at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be held Wednesday after 5:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home until funeral time. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to charity of choice.
