JOHNSON CITY - Harold “Dusty” Carter, 86, Johnson City, entered into rest, Monday, June 6, 2016 at Cornerstone Village. The family will greet guests and share memories from 5;00-7:00 pm Friday, June 10, 2016 at Tetrick Funeral and Cremation Services, Johnson City. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 7:00 pm with Reverend Rick Clowers officiating. A military honors graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday at Washington County Memory Gardens. Those attending are asked to assemble at the cemetery at 10:50 am.
