KINGSPORT - Raymond “Windy” Heck was born in 1915 in St. Clair, Hawkins County, Tennessee. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 7 pm in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel with Pastor Don McCann and Pastor Wayne Baker officiating. Military Graveside Rites conducted by the American Legion Post #3 and Post #265, will be held at 10 am Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Oak Hill Memorial Park, in the Garden of the Last Supper. Pallbearers will be Mickey Smith, Nick Moore, Josh Williams, Billy Enyart, Bob Thornton, Jason Haga, David Millington and Gary Spears. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bible Baptist Church, 246 Hilton St, Kingsport, TN 37663 or to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
