Carolyn Sue Rigsby, 75, passed peacefully in her sleep Friday, May 27, 2016. In hope that others might live, her body was donated to Restore Life Services. A celebration of life service will be held Friday, June 3, 2016 from 5 - 7 pm at Bethel Presbyterian Church, 1593 Warpath Drive Kingsport, TN.
