George Payne Marshall, 94, died on Sunday, May 29, 2016. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 3, 2016 at Mafair United Methodist Church with Kim Goddard officiating. Burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. at East Lawn Memorial Park.
