GATE CITY, VA - Mary Howard Dougherty, of Gate City, VA passed away on Friday, May 27, 2016 at Holston Valley Medical Center. The family will receive friends Monday, May 30, 2016 from 5 to 7 PM at Colonial Funeral Home, Weber City, VA. and any time at the home. Funeral service will follow at 7 PM with Rev. David Brannock officiating. Music will be provided by Dr. Jeff Vaughn. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 1 PM in the Oak Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Nephews, Robert Howard, Donald Howard, Morris Starnes, Tommy Dougherty, Jamie Culbertson, Joe Culbertson, Johnny Starnes, and Patrick Dougherty. Honorary pallbearers will be Dougherty Nieces; Beth Culbertson, Shelia May, Donna Judd, Deanne Tomlinson, Jill Holliday, Monica Wood, and Lisa Lansche.
