KINGSPORT - Paul David Hooven, 56, of Kingsport died on Sunday, May 22, 2016. He was born December 28, 1959, in Fort Monmouth, NJ. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. on Friday, May 27, 2016 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport, and at other hours at the residence of his mother. Prayer service will be at 7:00 p.m. with Father Michael Cummins officiating. The inurnment service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
