Ricky Allen Shortt passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016, from a motorcycle accident while on his way to work in Riverview, Florida. Honorary pallbearer will be Stanley Butcher. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 22, 2016, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Evangelist Darrell Thacker officiating. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 23, 2016 at Old Kingsport Presbyterian Church.
