BLOUNTVILLE - Hazel Ruth Smith Neese, 90, of Blountville, passed away May 16, 2016, at her home. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, 5/18/2016, at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, 5-7:00pm. Services will immediately follow at 7:00pm with Chaplain Tom Edwards officiating. Burial will be held, Thursday, 1pm, at East Lawn Memorial Park. Honorary Pallbearers will be Randall Fields, Ken Reeves, Joey Tranbarger, Merfyn Williams, Peter Pullan, and Glenn Hathaway.
