BIG STONE GAP, VA - George Mason McKinney, Jr. was born August 13, 1927 in Arno, Va. He peacefully gained his eternal life on May 11, 2016. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Holding Funeral Home for the visitation. Funeral Services for Mr. McKinney will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 11:00 am at Holding Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Mutter officiating;Military Graveside Service will follow at the McKinney Family Cemetery in Strawberry Patch; Military Rites will be afforded by the local D.A.V and VFW.
