CHURCH HILL - Velda Janice Fraley, age 84 of Church Hill, TN passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Church Hill Health Care. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 11, 2016 from 5 to 7 PM at Colonial Funeral Home, Weber City, VA. Funeral service will follow at 7 PM with Evangelist Kenneth Neeley officiating. Graveside service will be held Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 1 PM in the Fraley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Friends. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the Cemetery by 12:50 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter of the donor's choice.
