KINGSPORT - John “Johnny Red” Marshall, 56, of Kingsport, passed away following an extended illness Friday, May 6, 2016, at Holston Valley Medical Center. The family requests that everyone attending please dress in your Tennessee Vols best. Honorary pallbearers will be Gene Osborne, Larry Jeffers, Terry Cunningham, and Terry Lane. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, May, 11, 2016, 5-7:00pm at Carter-Trent Funeral Home Chapel, Kingsport. A memorial service will immediately follow at 7:00pm with Pastor Brian Capps officiating.
