Lowell Edgar Gent, age 65, formerly of Church Hill, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the V.A. Mountain Home Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill. A military graveside service will follow at the V.A. Mountain Home National Cemetery at 2:30 pm with the Hawkins County Color Guard and Pastor Billy Wayne Elkins presiding. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.cartertrent.com.
