KINGSPORT - Nancy Elizabeth Fitzpatrick, 71, of Kingsport, TN passed unexpectedly in her home on Sunday, February 28, 2016. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The memorial service will follow at 7:00 pm with Clint Andrews, minister, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Symphony of the Mountains, 1200 East Center St., Suite 311, Kingsport, TN 37660, or to the Sullivan County Humane Society 2141 Idle Hour Rd., Kinsgport, TN 37660.
