KINGSPORT - Robert W. "Pete" Wooddell, of Kingsport, passed away Monday, April 25, 2016 in Asheville, N.C. surrounded by his family. It was Robert's wish to be cremated and a private Military Memorial Service will be conducted by The American Legion Hammond Post 3/265 to honor his memory.
