WEBER CITY, VA - Victoria "Carol" Payne, age 61, of Weber City, VA, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at her home. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Scott County Funeral Home in Weber City, VA. Funeral services will begin at 7:00 pm with Evanglists Garry Hood and Kenneth Neeley officiating. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at the Payne Family Cemetery. All those wishing to go in procession are asked to meet at the funeral home at 9:45 am.
