JONESBOROUGH - Gene Archer, 73, of Jonesborough, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 23, 2016, at Johnson City Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Westley Duncan and Rev. Scott Cunningham officiating. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Logan’s Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
