CHURCH HILL - Ozine Ivan Bly, Sr. was called home on April 21, 2016 after a brief illness. Going home services will be held at 2 pm Sunday, April 24th at the Hope Community Church, 4540 West Stone Drive, Kingsport, TN. Pastor Doug Mouser will be officiating, and burial will follow in the Church Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 pm Sunday at the Church, and anytime at his residence.
