KINGSPORT - Andrew Jackson Dover, 64, 1037 Bloomingdale Pike Kingsport, TN, departed this life on Monday, April 18, 2016 at his home. Funeral services for Mr. Andrew Dover will be conducted at Central Baptist Church on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 5:00 pm. The family will receive friends beginning at 4pm until the hour of service.
