Franklin Colyer, 80, formally of Morristown, TN passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at the home of his daughter and son in law in Wise, VA. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wise County Food Bank, 5341 Esserville Rd, Norton, VA 24273. Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services is honored to serve the family of Franklin Colyer.
